Suganya Kandeepan

Suganya Kandeepan is a Research officer at the Northern Cooperative Development Bank. Over the past few years, she has worked on various research projects on rural livelihood and rural credit within the minority groups in Northern Sri Lanka. Her research interests include understanding the rural socio-economic needs and finding alternatives for its development through the social Institutions. She is currently the steering committee member of the Young Researchers Network and a member of the Feminist Collective for Economic Justice
