Sakuna M Gamage is a Researcher and Coordinator at the Law and Society Trust in Sri Lanka.As well as Independent Journalist & Passionate Photographer particularly in Social Documentary aspect. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Colombo and a Master’s degree in International Relations & Global Politics from the South Asian University in India. Alongside his academic pursuits, Gamage is an active social documentary photographer and freelance journalist, with a focus on the South Asian region. His work explores various social contexts, particularly in India, Sri Lanka,Nepal,Bangladesh & Overall South Asia . His interests span sub-disciplinary research areas such as visual global politics,International Relations, Foreign Policy & Diplomacy, social movements, media studies, cultural & Visual anthropology, peace and conflict resolution,Art,Culture,Media, labour rights, and environmental security & Climate Change.
